This festival has set a benchmark for culinary excellence, which this year promises to reach new heights with the presence of grilling legends. The 2026 edition will feature chefs Roberto Vázquez and Adán Macín from Velas Vallarta as hosts, welcoming an elite team led by Pitmaker experts: Victor Howard, Adrian Prescott, Francisco Franco, and Fernando Martinez.
Joining them are top talents bringing the essence of Northern Mexican grilling and the sophistication of fine dining, including Luis Garza from Backyard Monterrey and Alito Islas (@alitoalsazon). The event will also feature chefs Raúl Hernández from Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, Mario Soto coming from Piaf at Grand Velas Riviera Maya, Yazmín García representing Táu Beach Club, and Irving Lezama from Casa Velas.
