We’ve designed activities for everyone to enjoy, including daily themed shows, caroling, photos with Santa, outdoor movies, and Santa’s workshop, among other options.

Our guests will also witness the breathtaking arrival of Santa Claus, parachuting in for a truly unforgettable spectacle. Join in on Christmas traditions such as the tree lighting and caroling with children from the Santa Esperanza shelter. Additionally, we offer a range of events for the little ones, including writing letters to Santa, posadas, themed shows, crafts, and interactive games.

Furthermore, kids can enjoy the Kids’ Club, a safe and fun environment tailored to their needs. Here, in addition to the club’s daily fun activities, children will participate in seasonal activities like crafts and Santa’s workshops, always under the supervision of highly trained staff.

Ever-present Christmas with a tree in the suite

We offer our guests the chance to make their celebration even more special with the option to have a Christmas tree in the suite, either pre-decorated or with separate ornaments for a family decorating experience. We also provide handmade ornaments by artisans in Michoacán, available as souvenirs of your Christmas with us.

For the little ones, we offer wrapped gifts with the option to have them delivered directly to the comfort of your suite on Christmas morning. Explore our online gift shop, where you can select your favorite ornaments and gifts before your arrival to place them under the tree.

Additionally, we give you the option to donate toys to the Children’s Cancer Care Center, a non-profit institution dedicated to serving children and adolescents.
